Illegal and Malicious Persecution.

In Mississippi they are conducting a lynching. This time it's an 80 year old cripple named Edgar Ray Killen who may or may not have participated in a KKK event during the racial strife of 1964 when so-called "civil rights workers" from New York City went south to stir up trouble and found more than they bargained for. He was accused in a federal trial for "violation of civil rights" about 4 decades ago. The federal trial didn't convict him. Click here to read the news story.

Today, four decades later, a wave of anti-white hate has taken over southern politics. The white baiters are out for blood, and a crippled old man has fallen into their sights. Whether or not Mr. Killen was originally part of the events of the "Mississippi Burning" summer of 1964 is now lost to history. Almost all the potential witnesses and other participants are dead. The US Constitution says, " the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial." Four decades later, after most of the witnesses have died, is not "speedy" trial by any possible stretched theory. It's not law, it's a white lynching. The Constitution also requires a defendant's right "to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor. Four decades later, after all the witnesses have died, he is denied that right to a fair trial. It's not law, it's a white lynching. In addition to the total denial of a fair trial, he was already tried for this crime in federal court. Again the Constitution says, "nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb." This time it's State court, but only a lieyer scum bigot and an evil minion of Satan in a black robe outfit from Hell could pretend that it's not the same crime being retried four decades later.

The trial of Mr. Killen is not justice, it's not about law enforcement, and it's clearly illegal under the plain language of the US Constitution. It's a charade of the left wing anti-white, anti-men bigots, and that is all that it is. The Feminazis have joined with the white hating racists to make a show of destroying a white man. It's racist sexist hate, and that's all that this trial is about.

No MAN who gets on the jury should vote to convict at all, and in fact the jury should find the county persecutor and judge "GUILTY" of malicious prosecution, and violation of the Civil Rights of the accused.
