Ruth Madoff and the Pussy Pass
Last week Jewish banker, Bernard Madoff pled guilty to many crimes which amounted to running a ponzi scheme for 25 years. He defrauded a long list of investors out of several billion dollars before it all collapsed. Many news reports have said that Bernard could be sentenced to 150 years in prison and spend the rest of his life in some government hellhole.
But what about his wife, Ms. Ruth Madoff? She was the bookkeeper for the ponzi accounts. She did most of the recruiting of new investors who’s millions would keep the ponzi kite in the air. Why hasn’t Ms. Madoff been charged with various counts for swindling investors out of billions? Does her pussy pass exempt her from crimes that she actively participated in? Is the bookkeeper ignorant of the swindle for 25 years? Why isn’t Ms. Ruth Madoff in the hellhole prison along with Bernard? Yahoo story

Oh ,do come on,how could she have possibly done anything illegal,she's a woman.Our deputy primeminister,here in the UK says she doesn't want any women in jail,
and any bad laws you have in the USA come over here and vice versa,so arresting her would be a waste of money which can be used for another female shelter.
There is a rumour going round that Bernie will die suddenly in prison
and be shipped out somewhere warm and inviting,sounds feasible.He will need his wife to keep tabs on the weekly shopping bill.
A thorough investigation of Madoff's family and cronies will be conducted. I am betting Mrs. M. will be charged and punished. Don't see how she could have been in the dark.
I personally knew a wealthy art dealer in New York who slowly allowed his business to become corrupt (Amiel art fraud). After his death, his wife (Holocaust survivor) and two daughters later claimed they "knew nothing" of their father's schemes. Fact is, they were also skilled thieves and got sent to Federal prison.
Sent to Federal prison, But for how long? I am sure the female sentncing discount worked to their advantage.
The three offenders in the art scam got sentences from 3-5 years, presumably the designed time anyone would serve. Plus fines and restitution.
Well I am glad to hear that, but I am sure that was an exception to the rule.
